GKV Foods is a private limited liability agro-processing company incorporated under Ghana’s Companies Act, (Act 179), 1963, on April 15, 2013, with registration number CS178982013. The company has researched into several derivative products from coconuts for the local and international market. GKV is currently pursuing the production of quality foods for healthy living under the ava Foods brand.
When GKV Foods approached us, they were facing a multi-layered challenge:
As an agro-processing company specialising in their flagship brand AVA Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), GKV Foods already had strong production credentials — sourcing coconuts from smallholder farmers in Ghana’s Western and Central Regions, operating a “zero waste” model, and holding quality certifications.
However, their digital presence didn’t truly reflect the premium quality, sustainability ethos and innovation embedded in their brand. They lacked:

We stepped in with a comprehensive end-to-end digital content and branding support strategy that addressed each of the company’s needs:

Shot still-life compositions of the oil bottles, jars and containers (500 ml, 1 L, 4 L) in clean, premium settings, highlighting clarity of oil and brand packaging.
Captured ingredient/context shots: coconuts on the farm, mature coconut meat, the extraction process — tying the end product back to the origin story.
Ensured consistency of lighting, colour palette and brand identity across all product lines (oil, coconut powder, coconut snacks) so assets could be used on the website, social media and printed collateral.
We created a video campaign series to bring alive key brand narratives:
“From Farm to Bottle” – a short documentary showcasing GKV’s sourcing from small-holder farmers, processing in Ghana, zero-waste model (shell charcoal, fibre bio-fuel).
“Why AVA Virgin Coconut Oil?” – explainer video about cold-pressed technique, certifications (FDA Ghana, Ghana Standards Authority), and quality assurance testing.
“Community Impact” – highlight of how GKV supports farmers, employs local community members (80 % from community) and reinvests in the region. These videos were optimized for use on the website, YouTube channel, and social-media platforms.
To build consistent and engaging brand presence, we produced:
A set of branded templates for posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) incorporating AVA brand colours, product imagery, value-statements and key certifications.
